The artwork is part of the “Self – Love – Journey to self discovery” series.
The word “fractal” comes from the Latin “frangere” which means “to break into irregular fragments.” Fractals are present in nature, in many branches of science, in art, in the human body, in everything around us, in the universe. “Fragments” which are seemingly unrelated to each other, can form an unexpected image, a story, a whole. An image can contain many elements depending on when it is captured. A thought can contain thousands of fragments that can be easily transposed into images. A dream can be more complex than reality without the need to be transposed in time and space.
